What this site is, in data terms
This site is a set of pages describing a building. It has no booking engine, payment, account or login, which removes most of what a privacy notice normally has to explain, so what follows is short.
Reading the site
Nothing identifying is collected. No analytics or advertising script loads before you answer the bar, and none loads at all if you decline.
Two entries in your own browser
03_tampere_age_ok: written once you answer the age question, so the question is asked once per device.03_tampere_consent: written when you answer the cookie bar, so the answer holds.
Both sit in local storage on your device, are never sent anywhere and contain no identifier. Clearing browsing data removes them, and the questions then return. A browser that blocks storage still works, and you are asked each time.
Server logs
The host records the request, the time, the page and the browser string. This is ordinary hosting practice and helps tell a reader from a crawler. The logs are kept for thirty days and then overwritten.
Writing to us
The form sends a name, an email address, a telephone number if given, dates if given, and the message. It arrives at the desk as email and is filed with the booking correspondence for two years, roughly the time a question about what was agreed takes to arise, and then deleted.
Analytics and advertising
None is present today. If one is added it will be Google Analytics 4 and a Google Ads tag, loading only for people who have accepted. Consent Mode v2 sets all four signals to denied in the head of every page before any other script, so refusal is the starting state.

- Legitimate interest for server logs, to keep the site running and protect it from abuse.
Who else sees it
The hosting company, the email provider, and, once you have consented to the tags above, Google. No one else receives it. Nothing is sold and no guest list is passed to anyone for marketing.
Your rights
Access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Write to the address above or to [email protected]; we answer within one month and do not charge. If the answer does not satisfy you, the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman takes complaints, as does the supervisory authority where you live.
Where it is kept
On servers inside the European Economic Area. Nothing in the list above involves a transfer outside it, with the single exception of the Google tags, which only exist if you consent to them.
Children
This site is not meant for children, and the gaming room is for over-18s. We do not knowingly keep anything a child has sent, and if you think a child has used the form, tell the desk and it will be deleted.
Changes
The date at the top moves when the text does. Material changes are flagged on the front page for a month.
