Over-18s
The gaming room is open to people of 18 and over, the age Finnish law sets. The front page asks you to confirm before going further. Answering untruthfully makes no difference, because the check that matters happens at the door of the room, with identification in hand, on every visit.
No gambling takes place on this website
These pages describe a hotel and one room in it. They offer no games, accept no stakes, hold no account, take no deposit and move no money. Nothing done here can win or lose anything. Gaming takes place only at Satakunnankatu 18, in the room these pages describe.
Accuracy
Hours, rooms and descriptions are kept up to date but can still be wrong: a sauna is out of service, the kitchen closes for a week, the hall is booked. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, and no page creates a contract. A booking exists once the desk has confirmed it by telephone or email, on the terms given at that time.
What is ours
The text, the drawings, the photographs and the way they are put together belong to the hotel or are used with permission. Please read them, print a page or link to it. Do not republish them, copy them to another site or use them to train a model without written permission.

Conduct in the building
Staff may refuse service, refuse entry at the carding room door, or ask someone to leave, where a guest is drunk, abusive, unable to produce identification, or spoiling the place for others. Inside the gaming room the floor staff's decision stands at the time, and any disagreement should be raised with the duty manager afterwards.
Availability
The site is provided as it is, with no promise of being reachable at all times, and it may be taken down for maintenance without notice.
Liability
We are liable for what Finnish law does not allow us to exclude, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Beyond that we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site, such as a journey made on the strength of an hour listed here that had changed.
Governing law
Finnish law governs this site and these terms, and the District Court of Pirkanmaa has jurisdiction. Nothing here removes a consumer's right to bring a case where they live.
